Complaint Details
We had taken the annual maintenance service with The Aquaguard distributor at Malad West, evershine nagar. They visited our home shrike back to replace filter, however we were not available. Now they say, they will charge the filter price of they visit this time.
We already paid the annual maintenance fee, since we were not there for a day, how can they done charge for the same thing.
