Complaint Details
This is 2nd time its happening with me on international travel booking with Jet Airways. I generated PNR: WCMXMC through tele-booking. Made payment of Rs. 185,474 online through website "plan your travel > Pay online" (transaction details appended).
Amount debited from account but as per the telecalling executive the ticket cannot be issued as the amount is still not reflecting in your system.
And as per your mail just received "amount of INR 185,474 was blocked on your card / account with an authorisation from your bank"
But as per ICICI bank the transaction was successful. Its reflecting as successful hit at the merchant account (Jet Airways). And when its unsuccessful the amount gets reversed back into my account within 48hours
