Complaint Details
Hike in Insurance Premium by 45% without prior information. When approached their reply was unsatisfactory and Mr. Kehar Singh alongwith Insurance agency Mr. Vinod Dora was forcing me to pay the hiked amount which is not possible for me being an employee in private school. Mr. Kehar and Insurance Agent Mr. Vinod Dora is forcing me to pay the above hiked amount or they will reduce my Insurance coverage from Rs. 15 lakhs to Rs. 10 lakhs, if I will pay the premium which I was paying for the last 2 years. When I informed them that I will approach to the Consumer Court, their reply was that they are least bother and who cares. Please help me out to solve the problem at the earliest so that I can pay the actual premium which I was paying earlier.
