I was 17 years old that time and about to appear my board exams
Our classes arranged one picnic to shangrila water park .so i had also gone with them .i take a ride on one slide in that waterpark in which the accident happens ,which turns my whole life into disaster my left get broken and there was not a proper medical facility in the water park not a proper ambulance service ..when we reached to the hospital the doctortold it was just a stiffness and swollen knee and nothing else happened..i was suffering with unbearble pain and i can't even walk...when we reached i screamed the whole night crying i can't even move my left leg it gets swollen like a utensil ..i cant able to urinate and use toilet i was crawling towards the toilet for using my life just became miserable...when the problem increased we reached the local hospital (medicare hospital ) then the xray was taken ...then we come to know that it was a fracture in my knee and the doctor told us that we have to operate this leg with 2 screws ..i got too depressed and started crying at that time..later on , when i got admitted my friends visited me and told me that lifegaurd of that slide told them that several similar incident taken place on that slide.and after the operation i had given the board exams which reduced my marks in board exam because i didnt feel to study because of the mental disturbation occurs after the operation...i want to do something against that resort but i dont know the consumer rights at that time..so we hadnt taken any legal action against them..today when i had gone to the college we have subject named business law today i came to know rights of a consumer ..plz help me i want a compensation for all that suffering and problems...there is still lot to say u but i can't that much here..plz help!!
