I had given my videocon television for repairing at worli naka service centre on 23-12-2017. they told me that there is issue with the display and it will be done in 1 week. I waited for 2 weeks and after i didnt get any revert from them i started following up, calling them, writing email. however never got any response from them. After continous follow up, they told me that the required part is not avialable hence they cannot repair my TV. Why did they take literally a month to tell me that part is not available. Again after multiple emails and calls, to which i never got any response whatsoever from them, and when i threatened to take them to consumer court, they choose to reply to my mail, saying that they will send the TV to their factory to get it repaired. first, they told that part is not available and TV cant be repaired, later on they are telling me that they will send to factory and get it repaired. They gave me another option, to buy another model from them by paying difference amount. first i tried to understand why they are making me pay anything, since it is because of problem at their end that the TV cant be repaired, however to end this torture and harrasment and also i was completely frustrated, i agreed to pay the amount and take new TV. I paid this amount on 27-02-2018, they told me that the TV will be delivered within 4 days of payment, however since then i have again been following up with them, however my TV has not been delivered, on top of that, they are fighting internally about some process which one of their guys didnt follow and thus my issue has not been resolved as yet, for their internal problem/inefficiency they are making a customer suffer, that too after having made the payment. I am out of my wits to understand what is going on here. its been more that 2.5 months since my TV was given to them for repairing. pls help. I have written too many emails and called them innumberable times.
