Complaint Details
I aforementioned complainant had made two orders at the website of bagsplanet. That on 26.12.2017 I ordered Magnific Saddle Combo 3 Pcs having Model No. CBG021 of Rs.749/- and Square Leather Satchel Set 3 Pcs having Model No. CBG093 of Rs.899/- making a total of Rs.1648/- and the payment was made through a debit card which was duly confirmed by an email. Thereafter, I got another email dated 28.12.2017 wherein it was informed by the company that my order has been approved and will be dispatched after 5 days, but even after writing mails to the company, till date I have not received the said goods. Further, the website is also not working. The social media is flooded with similar complaints against the aforementioned company. It is most humbly prayed that the amount of Rs.1648/- be refunded alongwith a simple interest of 18% and further with compensation and damages.
