Complaint Details
I had placed an order on there website - www.insaraf.com on 10 Feb, 2018 for which i received a damaged delivery on 27th Feb which are returned by me with the same guy who brought the delivery. Post that, I have been trying to contact the customer support (support@insaraf.com) but no response is being provided. It has been one month and they are not providing a solution. I do not know there intention whether they want to cheat customers with pre payment of orders. My order number is #1NSF131802133. Request you please help me.
