While I was trying to book a flight to Delhi ,as the transaction was not complete and non receipt of SMS, I booked again . But when I checked my bookings after this I saw two tickets on same day for same person. I requested for cancellation and refund to makemytrip but they told they can't do anything. So I cancelled that ticket ,but I got only 958 rupees as refund. Is it justified? I request for refunding full amount.
