Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a regular customer of Dominos Pizza since childhood am extremely upset with your company and its staff. Today I had a party at my house and had ordered many pizzas at 5 45 pm and had scheduled delivery for 7 30 pm. ( Order no 86 for Pedder Road Branch, Mumbai on 10/3/2018 ) However, the delivery was 20 minutes late. This was just the beginning. The order was incomplete and did not contain one small vegetable pizza and chocolava cake. The delivery boy took the full amount and assured me that the pizza will be delivered in 15-20 min. However, the pizza came after 50 min. This had clearly ruined my party as an honoured guest was left waiting and hungry. In frustration, I called the branch ( just before pizza came ) to tell the outlet about this. The person on the phone ( it was a female ) told me that the pizza was coming and that Rs 300 will be refunded due to this unacceptable behaviour as compensation. However, when the delivery came the delivery boy refused to give me the money. I told him that he had to give me but he just wouldn't give it. After 7 min of arguing with him, he called the manager of pedder road branch and both of them told me that the money wouldn't be given as its a' bulk order'. I told him that give the money or I will complain. Then he and the manager started offering me free pizzas. I told him no and he started talking rudely to me which really enraged me so I immediately told him to leave.

I am very disappointed and appalled with the severe mismanagement and behaviour of the delivery boy and pedder road branch of a reputed company called Dominos. So I demand a compensation or a formal apology from your side as my party, day and food was completely ruined because of this.
