Dear sir/mam,
I have purchased a blue package of hotel booking from this company and paid ₹65000 through hdfc credit card, for membership of 5 years, on 7march'2018.
they go t my signatureon the agreement papers. When next day we searched and found that this company has so many negative issues related with fraudulent. According to the agreements i had which says that within 7 days of payment i can send an application to cancel the package, i asked them to cancel my package on 8march'2018.because i have not yet confirmed any confirmation call or email to get membership. At first they totally denied the cancellation.Then i talked to one of them named Avinash soni (860208762), as per he said, I dropped a cancellation application on info@theholidaysclubs.com, on9march'2018, They sent an e mail on 10 march 2018
saying that "they will arrange a meeting for further discussion" as they want a specific reason to cancellation, i again replied on email that i dont want any meeting but they are saying they they have some procedures for cancellation, when my friend whom I sent to Ghaziabad office, asked them to show him the procedure at least on email or give the procedure in written format. They are not even ready for this
The lady in Ghaziabad office even denied to meet my friend whom i sent to the office. I even have Couriered the cancellation application on 9 march 2018 along with the payment receipt copy and agreement paper copy, which should be reached by 10march2018 as it is from the fast service by DTDC,
They are saying the tat of their reply of email is 72 hours, but even this was not informed to us earlier plus it is not written anywhere on agreement or anywhere.All they are saying is just verbally, and each one is different words. And not ready to listen to us. For any query we are told to email, on info@theholidaysclubs.com, which we are following, but not getting any satisfactory reply from any one or from email replies.
Your help and concern can save other innocent people too.
please I request you to take the appropriate action as soon as possible.
