Complaint Details
On 12 Mar 18 at about 1345 I went to counter of respective bank for I was unable to give amount with deposit slip as it was in my wallet I request him to give me a little time to take it out . He replied it was not a shop with rudeness & I also said it is the way of talking with customers. Then he threw my documents at me using slang words and denied to take payment.
Then I went to branch manager and gave him written statement.He didn't take any further action.
Therefore request you kindly take necessary action against for non occurrence the same.
