I have deposited 45000rs.seat alloted.ttalfees is 75000.due to concession myfees is34000.laterI vacated seat due to allotment of seat in pec Chandigarh.Icompleted all formalities to take refund.Ivisited college 3-4 times after15 August 2017.but still no security, no difference(45000-34000).Sir please help me to take refund.Thanks
