Dear Team,
I had booked a ticket from Monrovia, Liberia to New Delhi, India (Travel date - 15th January 2018) from make my trip.
I had cancelled my tickets prior to the journey and received a message with the refund of the ticket amount. It has been more then 2 months since I have been following up for my refund.
Last week - your customer care executive informed that the tickets were cancelled but due to a system error the intimation was not given to the airlines. I have recently received a refund of just Rs 9000 which is much lesser then the amount I am entitled to. You have accepted that the error occured due to a system error at your end then why you have not provided me the full refund amount. I have made several telephone calls to your helpline but in vain.
I am unable to understand what is the issue with make my trip.
