This is to bring into your compassionate notice about my tremendous on-going mental harassment experienced from ICICI Bank New Alipore Branch.
I am having my salary account at ICICI New Alipore Branch which is more than a decade old. On 13th March 2018) I did observe that I cannot do any fund
transfer from my account and showing a huge amount of negative balance of more than 34 L+. Upon further investigation (discussion with bank
staff locally and from London as well) ; I realized that my SALARY account (account has been locked by Bank Authority without INTIMATING me and with this
heavy amount displayed as because of the notice from the income tax (informed me verbally). Immediately my representative visited the branch but none of the copy of the notice was shared to him(or to me as well) to pursue further. I clearly mentioned them that this is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE as my Income tax is clear and up to date and I am not at all defaulter in any direction. At the same time requested to further investigate if any unintentional mistake or gap .
Unfortunately only thing I was told to check with Income Tax department for the clearance.

Invested throughout the day and finally it is confirmed that there is no dues against me from Income Tax and cleared from all corner. When I shared
the same to the branch ( SPOC Anusuya Maity ; anusuya.maity@icicibank.com) I was told that notice cannot be shared to me. It was mentioned “ As per instruction from statutory department we took appropriate action on the said account “. Now sir/madam in this circumstance could you please kindly guide me with the pointer with which statutory department I have to check to clear my account from locked status.

This is to inform you that I am deputed to London and cannot visit physically to Branch for the follow-up and related check.

I have been spending every second of last 80+ hour with horrific mental stress to figure out the reason for this 34L+ DUES and to find a pointer to get me relieved from this crisis. As I am too much confident that situation cannot be triggered because of my fault but I am paying. Unfortunately Bank is not sharing any news about the reason for Lien is Marked against my account 34 L+

Hence request your intervention to show me a path to get rid of this crisis. Bank is not receiving my call anymore
