I had a claim of Rs.3,26,652/
out of which cashless of Rs.2,11,578/ was approved leaving a balance of Rs. 1,15,074/-. I wrote many letters to Branch, Head Office but no body is interested to pay the claim on unacceptable ground.

I request you to kindly intervene and get my claim approved.
