Complaint Details
I have ordered an Hair Care Thermal Head Spa Treatment Steamer Heating Headcap from Amazon India via ORDER # 406-0548760-0543554. Since being electrical equipment and wearable on head, and no instruction for use and not even any specification of this product, it seemed awful and risky. So I opted to return it.
In the same period I have to return 2 garments to another E commerce company. The Amazon courier person came to home and my wife handed him 2 garments (Cost 4000 rupee approx). Before handing over clothes to courier person she queried to him regarding whether he belongs to Amazon/ or other company. He was clueless and my wife think he was from other E commerce company.
After that I asked to Amazon to return the items, they did not taken any action regarding returning clothes and they are only making promises on mail.
You are requested kindly look in this matter such that I could get my valuable clothes of rs 4000
