Complaint Details
I have ordered product number 1009 (orange dress); order number 100016329. But i received a completely different (black dress) product. There is no response to mail (wuery.clothigheart@gmail.com)inspite of requesting for replacement with the correct product and the phome number (9265641005) is always not reachable or busy. This has been the case with many of theor customers whose reviews are there online. Kindly get my product replaced and do justice to many other customers like me who are suffering because of the irresponsible and fraudulent behaviour of this company.
