This is regarding my Videocon Top Load Automatic Washing Machine Model K5800, I have launched the complaint in Mumbai to your call centre on 27th Feb. Initially person from Service centre came and told us that Motor has gone. Washing and Rinsing was happening, Spin was not happening. I was not convienced so I called another technician and got it checked and he has shown me that Motor is working but PCVB has gone. I am requesting Service centre to get me new PCB and its almost one month that new PCB is not obtained. I am told that Videocon Co. is not doing well, Model is old etc. but as a consumer I have right to get new PCB fitted in reasonable time. Its almost one month now, this is causing severe inconvience. I request you to immediately look into the matter and resolve.
