My son got seat in this institution. He vacated the seat due to he got admission in PEC Chandigarh. I paid 45000/- but his fees due to concession (annual income < 5 lacs) is near about 36000/-. But till date I didn't receive neither the security nor difference of fees i.e. about 9 thousands. As per HRD ministry, full fees should be refunded. Please take the action soon.
