You Broadband provides Wi-Fi internet in my area. They take the charges of the service in advance for every month. After that their Wi-Fi always is disconnected. I call almost 10 times to their contact persons, they commit to send a technician but nobody arrives. Their customer helpline number is always out of service. This happens every month. Eventually we have to be at their mercy and wait for a whole day or some times 4-5 days for internet to resume. I am a consultant and my entire business is dependent on internet. It is very frustrating as after paying in advance, service is so bad and there is zero respect for customer. The contact persons are Rahul, Mayur who will answer customer grievance and calls when they feel like and not answer calls as per their whims. Ultimately we are suffering. There are no other vendors who provide internet in this area so we are stuck with you broadband. Other vendors are asking for hefty deposits which are unaffordable for most. Pls help to resolve this issue. I have sent an email to you broadband customer service in the past months but no action has come from them either.
