I wanted to transfer the ownership of vehicle in my name and took help of Agent Mohan +919886621645.
I authorized Mohan to collect it on my behalf and deliver it to my home..
Now the RC has been issue and handed over to Mohan by RTO last week, We have been calling him 3-4 times on a daily basis to deliver to us but he is not giving my RC to me. It's more than 7 days now of constant calling but no sign of getting my RC

Please help what should be done in this case, Can you please help?
