Complaint Details
On 17th of March,2018 my Redmi note 3 device caught fire and started melting. This could have been dangerous and also it has caused us a great deal of emotional turmoil. I expect the company to compensate us in some or the other way.Note: We had tweeted to company regarding this but there is no favourable response from their side.
