Complaint Details
I purchased a brand new mobile phone LG Q6 from ebay.in on 3rd March with seller as AlwarCloudRetail and order id (pay paisa id): 46815169989. The item id on www.ebay.in is 292467402107 and item name: LG Q6 (Black, 18:9 Full Vision Display). The phone package box had seal broken which makes it an unboxed/used/tampered phone and not a brand new article. Seller agreed to replace the item so I raised a guarantee claim # 3491920. I re-shipped the mobile back to seller with DTDC courier AWB # V45378616 which has reached the seller on 14th March. Ebay would just not agree that the item was shipped and keeps asking for a declaration letter from Courier Company. Understandably why would courier company provide such letter for a matter between me and ebay. Yet the courier firm agreed and gave me a letter. Still ebay would not agree to accept it. Now I do not have the purchased mobile phone or my money refund for more than 3 weeks

Declaration Letter Receipt and Tracking.PDF: Courier Receipt for reshipping the item back to seller. The Airway Bill Number based tracking which shows the item reached Alwar Retail on 14th March and the declaration letter I received from Darshan Enterprises which holds DTDC Franchise.
