Sir/madam,
I had a booking on flight 9W 821 on 14th March 2018 at 6:50.I reached airport at 6 am and fight attendant's desk at 6.10. But she called flight incharge one lady, who refused me to board the flight citing rule that no customer is allowed after an hour is remaining but I told her that still 40 min are there.But then she became rude. I told her that I work with STATE BANK OF INDIA and have some very important audit work in Chennai but she argued till 6:20 and so in reality only half an hour was left. I missed my flight and work that day. Highly unacceptable. I don't want to go on jet airways flight ever again due to unethical conduct of that lady officail.
