Complaint Details
My cable connection is not working from the time I took it in Feb 2018. I have raised with the service provider many times but the response has been very bad. When asked for refund, I was even told to do whatever I want to do but there will be no refunds and can throw away the set top box. This has been a general feedback about this company from many people. Please take strict & appropriate action against them.
