Just Copying and Pasting the mail which I sent to them :

This is very ridiculous and Shameful that your executive comes, collects advanced PDC Cheques, All Credentials and after that he vanishes on the planet somewhere.
I got the approval of a PL amounting to 20,000 many days ago.

Now without getting a single penny I received an SMS that my 1st EMI is due on 5/5/2018 however no Loan amount transferred to me.

Hence, I called your Customer Care for 2-3 times. They denied to lodge my complaint/issue and asked me to contact the related branch of the City.

That's a miracle happened to me when I came to know that my Loan amount cheque has been decorated on their table from a long time.

I called that executive, he simply said "You go and collect it at yourself from our office". This clearly means that you have got the power to harass the client now. This is the crystal clear proof.

Gentlemen, never underestimate any person because nobody is same on the entire earth.

Now you frame the cheque on hang that on your Office Wall. Got it?
