I had orders a cookware set last year and with that delivery i got a 500 rs coupon to redeem on the next purchase.This time i tried to order using the same copon code online.I put the coupon code and then i hit submit but it didnt take the coupon value and the order is booked for the netire value.Now when i contacted the customercare they are talinh nonsense and repeating the same thing and not giving me any kind of redressal for the same.The customercare executives are almost illiterate and cannot communicate properly and they donot have the patiece to listen to the customer.I was also asked to cancel the oder and i was given an onetime code that i can avail to rebbook the order for the same dscount value.I told to cancel my existing order and tried rebboking using the one time code.But to my surprise the other code alos didnt work.i again called the customercare care and they laughed at it and said the existing order is still not cancelled.i am really tired following up for Rs 500 but i dont want to leave the matter as it is not for 500 i am fight but it is the kind of respose you get from such a known brand. please help me getting a sofor this asap as this is the last resort i can think of.Thanks and Regards,Dinesh Poojary
