Excess Roaming charges were wrongfully added to the bill. On complainig the same to customer care after few days i got a callback from customer care promising me of waiver on payment of Rs 500 and corresponding waiver of Rs 400. On paying the said amount they havent waived any amount and now on calling the customer care they only you cannot get any waiver.
So they wrongfully charged Roaming charges when i already have a billing plan of Unlimited local and national call (Rs 399) later on they charged Rs 500 approx excess and then commit to waive the bill on payment of Rs 500 which Rs 100 more than my plan. After payming Rs 500 they stop the services of the phone and tell you there is no waiver. And when i tried to Complaint the same to customer care they refused to take the complaint and asked me to register the same by mail which they said they will provide via text message and in the text message there is no detail of email id for complaint.
