Complaint Details
I received a call from mobile number 9702405516. Ms Pooja was calling. She mentioned that she is calling from Axis Bank. I have a loan from HDFC bank. If I transfer to Aixs bank they can give me many benefits.

I asked her from where has she got detail, she was not able to answer and cut the phone.
I called up again but no one picked up phone.

My complain here are:
- How can any one (HDFC bank) sharing my financial information for anyone to use for marketing purpose.
- How is Axis Bank using my data for sales purpose.
- I want action against the person who has called up and may miss use my data.
