Complaint Details
I had booked air ticket for self and wife brought Ease my trip by Jet airmay from Delhi to Chennai for 28/03/2018 vide PNR no YPEPDA departing at 11AM.
When we reported at the check in counter around 9 AM we were told that there no such flight at 11AM and the referred flight flight has already left at 8 AM.When I asked as to why I was not informed about the re-schudeled timing,we were asked to go to Jet Airways counter there I was told that an SMS has been sent to me, when I checked the SMS It was not found I requested them to show the text ,date and time which was sent by them.They failed to show any proof and quitely made another tick for 2PM flight and said they are obliging me by accommodating in the next available flight.
I am aged 68 years suffering from Diabetes had to sit in the airport for more than 4 hours, the people whom I was to meet couldn't do so.Moreover,We were to take a train to Tirunelveli from Egmore rly.station.Due to heavy traffic after office hours, with great difficulty under severe tension we could board the train.
I would therefore request to take appropriate actions and ask the jet airways to compensate me for the agony and tension we had to suffer for no fault of ours.
