Complaint Details
We had recently moved and reinstalled the airconditioner at our new residence on 28th Mar2018, placing a request through the Onida customer service. I am very sorry to say that the personnel who serviced my request has done a pathetic job.

1) The compressor was fixed at a place in the balcony without any brains
- The hot air directly flows into the balcony
- The AC as not fixed near to the outlet for the excess water to drain out and flows all over the balcony
- Inspite of having enough length of the Copper pipe, the same was cut and only a small part of it was used
- No bill was given when demanded and was promised to be sent through whats app, which is not received till date
- Worst of all, today water started pouring out of the AC vent - indoor unit(Photos attached)

Please note that it is not even a year since I bought the AC and is still in the warranty period. I had done the uninstallation and reinstallation placing request through the customer care paying Rs. 1500 assuming that I will get a professional sevice.

Complaint no 1803G466380417 is still not attended and fixed. The onida exectuive asked for 1500 more for buying new copper pipe for reinstallation.

Nobody from Onida is bothered to attend the complaint
