Greetings...
Please find the attached Ticket Copy and Passenger information for your Investigation.
I was Booked two way ticket for my wife through Air India Express Flight Service. Her Return ticket was booked on Fri-30Mar2018 21:10Hours.
And then i got intimated flight delayed time schedule at 30Mar2018 23:55Hours.
and the flight was not taken off due to some technical error reason. they let my wife board on 31Mar2018 21:10Hours.
they provided lounge hall for my wife to stay for around 24hours. because her visit visa was expired. they did not provide proper food to her in the whole day.
please take necessary action in this matter. i need justice for my wife suffered because of Air India Express Service.
