Complaint Details
We Maa Harsiddhi Infra Developers own the above mentioned vehicle. We very regretfully state that the our experience of using this vehicle has not been as expected. If we buy a premium vehicle from a reputed car company and follow all service schedules as prescribed by the company, we expect the vehicle to perform and be reliable. However, this Ford Endeavor 3.2L Titanium 4X4 AT has not lived up to our expectation and it has broken down for the 5th time in the middle of highway, rendering the occupants of the car in a dangerous high risk situation. The problem seems to be with the Automatic Transmission Gearbox. Since this problem occurs repeatedly,we seek replacement of the faulty vehicle. Registration No. CG 04 LM 5555, vehicle VIN No. MAJAXXMRWAGL55807. Please Note that our company does rural electrification work in the remotest and naxal infested areas of the state and we cannot compromise the safety of passengers in this unreliable vehicle that has left us stranded in middle of the highway in high risk situation. This has happened 5 times, despite having followed all service schedules as per company's advise. Ford India Pvt. Ltd. fails to acknowledge the problem and its service centers are not equipped with required spares or properly trained persons to handle the service.THUS WE SEEK RELACEMENT OF THE VEHICLE or refund of our payment for the vehicle along with all the costs incurred in hiring similar replacement vehicle during the period of breakdown.
