I booked a flight ticket for me and my Wife (PNR # ZYWLBO). Subsequently I tried to reschedule online, but could not access it. After so many follow ups Jet air informed that I can not do it, as in between name correction was done. The I requested them to reschedule the ticket, but Jet air requested a huge amount for reschedule fees, while the online ticket price still shows a price much lower than the reschedule fees.
I am totally frustrated with Jet Air attitude and business ethics. I will never travel by Jet Air any more in future.
