Following is the mails sent to variuos email contacts of Jetairways but no proper response.
It may happen with Jet Airways that your flight is changed or cancelled and you may not to be able to cancel and get your money back, besides ending up paying escalated fares with other airlines. So better be safe then sorry.

Dear Sir,
Even after a long and extensive followups no satisfactory reply have been given.
It is surprising there is no reply even after sending the mails to nodal offier and appellate authority.
I am once again puting below the complete issue and I do need a proper reply to this:-
1))Reference to the Booking PNR YVTZMH, Tkt No 5895923720166 / 67 ( booked through EMT ID EMT34072601)
Booking Agent : EaseMyTrip (EMT)
Airline: Jet Airways
Customer : Kandoi.
2))The flight timings were changed [such that the changeover flight couldnot be boarded] so I needed to shift to another flight.
EMT says "flight is changed by airline they can only do the flight changes" and they refused to do any changes.
Jet Airways says "EMT is the agent and they can only change the time" and even they refused to any changes.
Talked to both of them 2-3 times, but same reply..
Stuck in the loop.....
3)) After too much argument Jetairways (Mr Dheeraj 21/03/2018) did the changes with an obligation that altough they are not bound to do it, still they are doing it.
Now altough flight changed, but I still want to know whose fault it is in this loop for which i had to suffer and spent so much time in it, with a mental agony not understanding where should I go??
Either JetAirways is lying or EMT is lying. Whoever is lying should be penalised, so that such incidence is not repeated.
Or may be it is my fault and I am the idiot that I made the booking with Jetairways, if so, then let me know so that i don't repeat this mistake again and will inform others not to do such a mistake.
4)) I strongy followed up with EMT about whose mistake it was, i recd the following reply from them
" As per our telephonic conversation we would like to inform you that whenever Airline (Jet airways) will change/cancel your flight, Than only they have access to provide you full refund or any alternate flight."
To this (Jet airways) replied:-
" With regards to your email, kindly note schedule change does happen through the airlines, however for tickets issued with the travel agent/portal, the agent needs to assist the passengers with the changes, incase agent requires any assistance on policy or waivers the agents needs to contact their sales representative. "
But to this the EMT replied
" As per our telephonic conversation we have received an update from Jet airways on date 27th March, 2018, By stating that if flight has been reschedule by airline side then we can also make the changes in that as per the customer request. "
5)) I spoke to customer care of Jetairways again and again but no proper reply.
I then called(4/4/2018) the Jet Office number 61211421 where a receptionist picked up the phone and said she can only provide guest relations number and nothing else she can do, whether the matter is solved by them or not. This means if all the customer care options are failed, then Jet airways has no way to escalate the matter to higher-ups.
I called(4/4/2018) the guest relations on 61212300 to Ms Ancella, she said she is escalating the matter and assured that I will get a revert back same day or latest by next day. I have not recd any revert back.
I called (5/4/2018 16:53) on the guest relations number 61212300 there is no reply. tried for about 1 hour.
I called(6/4/2018) the guest relations on 61212300 and talked to Ms Sheryl, she assured that she is sending a mail again and someone will revert back on urgent basis by same day evening.
Till today(13/04/2018) there is no reply.
6)) I need to know whose mistake it was... and the same should be penalised.
All revert back should be done to my mobile given in my emails. OR reply to my email id skandoi30@gmail.com
