Complaint Details
This is with respect to the Apple laptop purchased from Croma retail, Kalyananagar, Bangalore on 15th August 2017. The Macbook laptop was brought under exchange and dicscount period- My previous laptop of Samsung was exchanged and post all bonus and Plus with Extended warranty for 1 year the total amount paid was Rs.67990/-.
My Laptop broke during March 2018 and i visited the croma store in Kalyanagar to check on the repair wherein i was told that some representative would vsisit my home to collect the same and with assurance that either the Laptop would be repaired or replaced(under the warranty scheme).

Post collection of the Laptop- the Croma authorities and their 3rd party company OnsiteGo have responded that they cant repair or replace the laptop but will reimburse only 65% of the Laptop billing cost.While taking the extended warranty, there was no such Terms and conditions shared/nor agreed/nor signed by me. I was categorically informed that the extended warranty covers 100% end to end coverage on the Laptop for a period of 1 Year.

I have denied to accep the offer of 65% and requested to share the agreed/signed T&C copy.Now its been more than 40 days, there's no response with calls being made to me with a assurance of resolving this but putting me under tremendous pressure and Mental harassment.

Request your intervention to help me in replacement of Laptop and additionally help me in getting Compensation towards this mental agony and harassment.
