Complaint Details
MP Mirchandani & Co had charged us for legal services (filing and defending) for trademark registration for our company. They failed to reply on time to the concerned department which resulted in rejection of trademark. They did not inform us for any issues arising for 3 years. After not having provided the services promised for, they have asked us to "get lost" to quote Mr. Mirchandani and not return the professional fees paid.
