I booked a car from Make my trip for my neighbor, due to luggage I booked the Sedan type car.

When car arrive it had a CNG in dikki to it was useless for us, We refused and ask the driver for another car but he declines and tells that, he will cancel a trip and only 200rs will deduct from the amount and other amounts will be credit again. I wait for 24 hrs and call Make MY Trip and they said for wait after 2-3 days they directly said me for refund not possible and now they are not answering to my email and all.



It's totally fraud. I want to file a complaint against Make MY Trip and this driver.
