Hello Sir, On 18th April, I ordered for five spectacles on Paytm. However, when it was delivered today, 4 out of 5 spectacles were missing from the package. I raised a complaint on Paytm Support regarding the missing items. But Paytm flagged my account and declined to do anything in this case. I am at loss. I don't know what to do. Paytm is being a fraud company. Please take a stringent action against Paytm. I want Paytm to initiate a refund for the missing items.
