Dear All
Due to an operational requirement we have reschedule your operations , but this is your problem not my ,and why i bear this loss from my pocket , you should inform guest before rescheduling but you didn't do that This Is Highly Unprofessional And Unethical. Just Harassment. I am Not Going To Do Any Thing And Iam Never Going To Fly Jet Airways Again if you are give me some other flight or full refund ,

At the outset please allow us to mention that it is not our intention to cause any inconvenience to you.
Flight delays as and when they occur are a matter of concern to us as we realize the impact these delays have on the convenience of our guest.
Whilst we do endeavor to ensure our flights are as per scheduled, at times due to an operational requirement we need to reschedule our operations.
We have noted that the below flight are not to your satisfaction, we regret our inability to accede to your request for compensation.
We are definitely willing to assist guest but we have certain limitations in keeping with the policy.
We appreciate your understanding of our position in this regard.

and also advise who is responsible for that , so i can claim compensation, i don't have to much money for wastage due to jet airways

This is with reference to your email pertaining to forthcoming travel on Jet Airways.
At the outset, please accept our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused to you due to schedule change.
Let me assure you that advance schedule changes are done as an operational requirement. We certainly would not want to re schedule a flight without a valid operational requirement.
We also wish to mention that full refund or one free change is provided within 10 days of flight departure in case of flight postpone by more than 2 hours or flight advance by more than 30 minutes.
Hence, we regret to mention for any amendment in your booking charges as per the fare rules will be applicable.

I a Not able to travel on 3-05-2018 due to change of flight timing , becoz i will reached delhi approx 7:30 - 8:00 AM on 3 may -2018, that's why i booked 9:45 (Flight ) but few days before i got one msg from jet airways regarding rescheduled /prepone my flight timing ,than i called customer care but he refuse to do any change in PNR ,
i request you to please cancel/refund or make some other sector ticket on previous tickets ,
