I came across this website india flower gift shop online and I placed an order worth Rs 1283 on 14th Feb.2018 on Valentines day to deliver a bunch of flowers and cake to my husband. I also made online payment via my debit card. I was assured that the product would be delivered between 4 pm to 7 pm the same day. The product was not delivered at all on 14th Feb., 2018. We tried calling them several times afterwards but none of our calls were answered. I then wrote an email again on 15th Feb., 2018 to know the status of my order but there was no response for my email neither any follow up call. I wrote an email to this company on 17th Feb 2018 to request them for a refund of Rs. 1283 for my order that was not delivered but there was no response on email. We made several calls to a person named RAHUL on the number 9073532229 but he would disconnect our calls without listening to our concern. Also rahul and one more girl would keep telling us to call later and check on refund status. These people have never called us back to inform about our refund. They talk very arrogantly and were very rude. Me and my husband have made several calls to follow up with Rahul but they have not paid any heed to our issue. They have spoilt my 1st Valentines day by not delivering the product on time and later have harassed us mentally by just giving us verbal assurances that the money would be refunded. RAHUL later, in the month of March when we again called him to ask refund status was telling us that he can still deliver the order instead of giving refund but we told him clearly that we only want our money. Rahul told us that he will initiate the refund and also inform us on email when the refund is initiated but there was no response on email too for any refund. We again wrote an email on 26th March, 2018 to know the refund status but no response from them. THE REFUND FOR THE ORDER OF RS. 1283 STILL STANDS PENDING.
