Just dial has something called as add on packages for its business clients which are more or less promotional package through which a new business is supposed to gain more visibility among their so called "4 crore customer base" and they literaly force you to take them up by calling umpteenth number of times and with agents walking in your shop unannounced and refusing to leave till you hear their same 1 hr scripted lecture,,so to save my self from more of this drama on 11th March 2018 i signed a contract with justdial taking on one such package for my business listed on their website but not before confirming a thousand times that this can be revoked at any point i want as i was not very sure how much this can help with my business visibility and i was assured everytime that it can be revoked at any point.
Now after 1 month i did not wish to continue using that service and so called their customer service for the same.
1st time i called the agent told me no one is there from the deprtment so they will call me back ,3 days went by didnt recieve any call from them so i called again and got the same reply i demanded to speak to a rep of that dept and was put on hold and then the agentdisconnected the call i thought it must be an accident so called back again same thing happened ,i call 5 times that day but the same happend evry time.

After a week magicaly i got a call from the company agent, lets call him 'Agent A', stating they have recieved my request and would try to resolve my issues due to which i wish to stop my package, i asked him to stop the ecs payment and told him to consider this as my confirmation for the same as i no longer want to continue using their packge.. to my shock Agent A flatly refused to do so, he said you have signed a contract and we will not stop the debit payment ecs at any cost, i argued with him for one whole hour and still he refused to acknowledge my complaint , i asked him to send me an email stating that acc. to their so called company policy i cannot withdraw from the service to which i recived an email stating " confirmation" in subject " As discussed your ecs stands continued" in body.

Then the same day after this disapointing call I somehow found an email id for delhi justdial office and immediately drafted and sent an email stating my request ,and demading action on it asap.

In response to which i got a call from the same agent A from their office demanding ,in a very harassing tone, to explain my self regarding the email and questioning as to who gave me the permission to drop a mail when he has already resolved my issue i asked him not to call me and to only reply on that mail and disconnected the call.

I recieved no reply on my mail and despite my clear instructions to not call me.
Agent A again called me with an intent to scare me away from following up any further.

Also while i was writing this ,, i have just received a reply on my mail stating that our rep with contact you on call soon.

I request you to please help me with this and get my issued resolved
