Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam

I have booked an 2BHK flat in Mahavir Galaxy Phase-2, Flat no- 107, Building Type- B21 located at Payegaon, Kharbao, Bhiwandi- Vasai Road, Thane dated on 19/03/2015. I am enclosing receipt for your reference. Builder has promised to complete the said project by Jan-2017 & possession in 2017. But due to some reason project did not even started till Nov-2017.Project has crossed all the deadlines & construction did not even started till Nov-2017. After waiting for more than two years, i decided to cancel the booking. I have been informed that after cancellation , payment will be refunded in account after one month period.

I have cancelled my booking dated on 16th Of Nov-2017 . It is now close to six month since my cancellation(Cancellation done on 16th Nov -2017) , but builder has not refunded any amount.

As Indiabulls is the transaction facilitator in this project.
Request you to help me to get the refund at the earliest as i am in need of money.
