Complaint Details
I have purchased IFB washing machine on dated 11.1.2010 during this period company does not provided regular maintenance. On 05.08.2017 one of the authorised dealer has approached and informed to put AMC & i have put AMC for my M/c. From Dec'17,Jan'18 & Apr'18 i have booked an service call for machine not functioning but no response from their end. I need proper explanation & till date we have strugled a lot to wash the cloth so i need the AMC booked cost back & service to be done in free of cost for the next one year from the date of the complaint rectified.
