Complaint Details
I called Pest control India on 28th Of March to place a request for pest control for cockroaches. They informed me about the rates and asked me to enroll for an annual contract. I clearly said that i need to see the effectiveness of the service before going for the annual contract. So asked them to give me first service and if i like i will go for the annaul contract. The term was that i had to register for annual contract within a month after the first service, for which i agreed. They did the first service on the 16th of April and we observed for 4 days and found that the problem of cockroaches is not solved at all. After which i called the customer service number to register a complaint and they said that the regional office people will call me. Gorakhnath Sule (mobile no. 8422971436) called me and informed me that they will not take complaints as i have not registered for the annual contract. I told him that nobody informed me about it on which he told me that he will call the regional office in Malad, Mumbai and will inform them. But he did not revert. So i called the customer the 4th time on the 25th of April to get an update ab=nd he refused to take the complaint.
