Complaint Details
Jet airways did not allow me to fly inspite of I having a boarding pass. The flight departed 20 min before scheduled time. Also the airport staff was very rude in dealing with me.They had no answer for not getting me inside the plane. My scheduled time from Goa to Mumbai on 25-18 was at 18.40. the flight departed at 6.25. I was at the counter however there was no staff present at that time.
