SR00000K6GEV is the service request that I had raised. I was told that since there were multiple users using the network, there was a congestion. The appellate team was extremely rude, they refused to connect to a higher authority to check status. They were not even prepared to quote the rules or explain the appeals process by which I could attempt a redressal, and when I was asking to be connected to a supervisor the advisor Viresh hung up the call on me without my consent. I am repeatedly making calls to Jio with no resolution at sight. Please help
