I contacted this service provider to fix my dishwasher. They came to my house and mentioned that the dishwasher's PCB board was faulty. They took INR 16,121 from me (receipt attached) and promised to pick up the dishwasher in a few days. After a couple of days two guys showed up and took away the dishwasher from my house. I have not heard from the service agent since then. The service agent is not responding to my phone calls.

I should have suspected something was wrong as the bill did not contain any office location or gst no.
