Complaint Details
I booked 6 tickets of a bus through MakeMyTrip on 14th April 2018 for our journey on 15th April 2018. I & My family have had serious service issues during the journey from Rishikesh to Delhi which includes life threat to my family, most uncomfortable journey, suffocation issues, head injury issues. I reported the same to MakeMyTrip but instead of taking a strict action against the vendor "Shakti Travels" and refunding the complete booking amount of Rs 3240, they offered me just Rs 500 voucher which can be redeemed on next journey. MakeMyTrip thinks a customer who faced such a bad experience through them, will again come back to make a booking just redeem Rs 500. I request your team of CCRC to kindly look into the matter and help in getting the full refund of tickets while de-listing the vendor "Shakti Travels" from their list of Bus Operators. MakeMyTrip is providing the worst customer service while completely ignoring this case and not taking it too seriously.
