I bought a Hitachi AC worth ₹48k in August 2014. And in past two years summer time the AC got repaired and I had to spend the summer without AC. This year also for more than a month the product is not working and despite escalating to all possible stakeholders I did not get resolution. And the service manager shouted at me saying he won't solve my problem and asked me to do whatever I can do. I am stressed already by lack of sleep and this adds to further stress and this has already taken a toll on my health and my parents health. Unprofessional and unethical practices by Hitachi India
